Box 603 Brunswick, Georgia 31521 Email Youth Symphony of Coastal Georgia	THE YOUTH SYMPHONY OF COASTAL GEORGIA AUDITIONS Auditions for the 2008-2009 Season were held in August. Please check back for additional audition dates in January! All auditions will be held at Glynn Middle School, Music Room. Potential members must be rising seventh graders, should have more than 2 years experience on their instrument, be able to read music, and be enrolled in their school band or strings program if one is available. Previous orchestra experience is not required. Auditions take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Please email info@coastalgeorgiayouthsymphony.org to schedule an audition time. The CGYS rehearses at Glynn Middle School every Sunday from 2:00 to 4:30. Please bring a pencil and the music to rehearsal. Musicians should be in their seats ready to play at 3:00. There is no supervision after rehearsal, so musicians must be picked up promptly.
